Malia Chui directs corporate strategy, develops critical strategic partnerships, and supervises the company’s operations, functioning as an on-the-ground liaison for the portfolio.
Malia has overseen hundreds of millions in commercial real estate acquisitions in the U.S. She forms strategic partnerships with family offices, high net worth investors and private capital, and develops domestic and foreign go-to-market strategy and
implementation plans to grow assets under management. Malia is currently CEO of Brandon Holdings, Inc., a family office based in Seattle, Washington.
She received her B.A. in economics from the University of Seattle.
David supervises real estate acquisitions, due diligence, structuring, and legal strategy. He brings his fifteen year background as a transactional real estate and land use attorney to the team, having represented major residential and resort developers in Honolulu, as well as investors, commercial landlords, and tenants in key acquisitions on Waikiki and across Hawaii. He advises clients regarding equity and debt financing, corporate governance and planning, strategic alliances, and mergers and acquisitions, as well as acting as outside general counsel.
David received his B.A. in Asian Studies (Chinese) from the University of Pennsylvania, his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law and his M.S. in Real Estate from the Johns Hopkins University Carey School of Business. He is licensed to practice law in Hawaii, Texas, and the District of Columbia. He divides his time between our San Francisco and Honolulu offices.
